Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur Sew Sew Fabrics cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate complete reliable, or error free. From time to time there may be information on Sew Sew Fabrics that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.
Some fabrics/kits are available to pre-order, meaning that the item has been ordered and is awaiting delivery at Sew Sew HQ. These orders will take up to 14 working days to process. Where an order is made up of a mixture of stock and pre order items, the stock items will be dispatched as normal and the pre order items will follow once available. On rare occasions these items can become unavailable due to circumstances out of the control of Sew Sew Fabrics. In this instance you will be contacted and offered the choice of substituting for another item or to receive a full refund.
We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible. UK Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £3.50 for all orders.
Delivery times are calculated in working days Monday to Friday. If you order after 4pm the next working day will be considered the first working day for delivery. In case of bank holidays and over the Christmas period, please allow an extra two working days.
We aim to process orders for stock items within 2 working days. Please allow a further 3 working days for delivery. Sometimes delivery times vary due to high order volume especially in sale periods so please wait a further 2 days before contacting us. We will attempt to email you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
All orders will be sent out via Hermes recorded packet service and you will be emailed a tracking number on dispatch of your parcel. Please note in the event of a parcel going missing claim times are subject to the courier companies terms and conditions.
Free Local Collection is available from our showroom Unit 4, rear of 39-41 Church Road, Bexleyheath, Kent, DA7 4DD. Delivery will be charged at the usual rates when you place the order but will be refunded on collection. The showroom is open Wednesday and Friday 9.30am-2.30pm and Saturday 10am-1pm. Sew Sew Fabrics reserve the right to withdraw this option at any time in which case a full refund would be issued and the order would need to be re-submitted selecting from the available delivery options.
Returns and Exchange
Sew Sew Fabrics' returns policy has been set up to keep costs down and to make the process as easy for you as possible. You must contact us and be in receipt of a returns authorisation (RA) number before sending any item back. Any product without a RA number will not be refunded.
If when you receive your product(s), you are not completely satisfied you may return the items to us, within seven days, for an exchange or refund. Returns will take approximately 5 working days to process once the goods have arrived. Items must be in original packaging and in a saleable condition.
We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with a proof of delivery. Sew Sew Fabrics will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
All shipping back to Sew Sew Fabrics is paid for by the customer. We are unable to refund you postal fees.
Any product returned found not to be defective can be refunded within the time stated above and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover our administration costs. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the customers expense.
If you are returning items for exchange please be aware that a second delivery charge may apply.
Please note that if your order qualified for free UK postage when it left us as it was over £20 and your returned items take your total order value below £20 we will refund you back the cost of the returned items minus the £2.50 flat rate postage.
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive your products ordered please contact us. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Sew Sew Fabrics immediately, this will be given special priority and you can expect to receive the correct item within 72 hours.
This policy covers all users who register to use the website. It is not necessary to purchase anything in order to gain access to the searching facilities of the site.
We have taken the appropriate measures to ensure that your personal information is not unlawfully processed. Sew Sew Fabrics uses industry standard practices to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal identifiable information, including ‘firewalls’ and secure socket layers.
During the payment process, we ask for personal information that both identifies you and enables us to communicate with you.
We will use the information you provide only for the following purposes.
* To send you newsletters and details of offers and promotions in which we believe you will be interested.
* To improve the content design and layout of the website.
* To understand the interest and buying behavior of our registered users
* To perform other such general marketing and promotional focused on our products and activities.

Please read them carefully, Sew Sew Fabrics controls and operates this site from its offices within the UK. The laws of England and Wales govern claims relating to including the use of, this site and materials contained.
If you choose to access from another country you do so on your own initiave and are responsible for compliance with applicable local lands.
All content included on the site such as text, graphics, logos, buttons, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software are all owned by Sew Sew Fabrics and are protected by international copyright laws.
License and Site Access
Sew Sew Fabrics grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site. This license doses not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents, any collection and use of any products, any collection and use of any product listings descriptions or prices, any derivative use of this site or its contents, any downloading or copying of account information. For the benefit of another merchant or any use of data mining, robots or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice. The prices advertised on this site are for orders placed. Delivery is a flat rate of £3.50 for all UK orders.
Class Bookings are non refundable so please double check your dates before booking. If you are unable to attend and wish to transfer your space to another student please inform us in writing before the start of the course.
If minimum class numbers are not met there is a chance classes may be cancelled and students will receive a full refund or will be able to rebook onto amother class. In the unlikely event of this happening you will be informed of this at least 14 days before the scheduled start date.
We do have parking onsite but during office hours this is limited to 2 cars. If no spaces are available please feel free to drop your equipmnet off and we will direct you to alternative parking locations.
Tea and Coffee are provided throughout our classes. For full day classes we recommend bringing a packed lunch although there are shops and cafes locally if you'd prefer to pop out.
